Brian, Mike and the team are incredible, we have been bringing our vehicles here for a few years now.I brought my car in for routine maintenance and was blown away again by the incredible customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. The technicians did a fantastic job, Brian keeps me updated with a detailed report. It is so rare to find a shop with this level of honesty, great pricing and customer care. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!

11/10 experience! I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this shop. From the moment I got there, everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle, what they found, what my options were, and what I could expect moving forward. I never felt pressured, in fact, they were very adamant that nothing would be done without my consent. I felt very well taken care of.It can be stressful bringing your vehicle in for repairs, especially when you don’t know what the problem (or the bill 😅) is going to look like, but these guys made the entire experience so easy. I especially loved the system they have in place. You receive a full diagnostic report by both email and text, and then a technician calls you to go over the results, explain everything, and answer any questions you have. I really appreciated being kept informed throughout the whole process.I will absolutely be recommending this shop to others, and they’ve definitely earned my business going forward. Any future repairs I need, I know exactly where I’ll be going.Thank you guys so much!

We tried Grip Mechanic as it is a convenient location for us, and I was pleased with how easy it was to book, and the ease of communication back and forth. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain things well to me, reasonable prices, as well as helpful reports after taking a look at the vehicle. Would recommend giving them a try for your auto needs.

Grip Auto & Tire is so much more than just a tire shop. I’ve been really impressed with the level of service, professionalism, and transparency from the entire team. One thing I especially appreciate is how efficient their process is. They provide a detailed inspection report electronically, including what they’ve found and what may need attention, and you receive it before any additional work is done or charged. You have the opportunity to review everything and approve the work — there are no surprises.Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to explain things clearly and don’t make you feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. It’s refreshing to find an automotive shop that combines great service with honesty and transparency. I would definitely recommend Grip Auto & Tire for more than just tires!

Great service from Mike. Impressed with their use of technology in customer service. A simple oil change has a 50 point inspection report emailed to me with pictures of a couple of things to monitor from under the car. Key lockboxes are outside so you can pay online and grab your car after hours. Overall great customer service, great use of technology to make the customer experience 5 stars. Will come back again.

Absolutely fantastic, Jason (Mechanic) really knows his stuff and Brian is a master at sourcing quality parts for older vehicles. I thought there was something more serious wrong in my rear diff, but it turned out it was something simple that a quick bit of machining took care of, and a secondary problem, a cracked exhaust manifold, received an expert weld job with added gussets to hopefully give me years of worry free service.

This was my visit to Grip Tire and Auto in Murrayville. Excellent service, Mike explained the repair (had no air conditioning), my vehicle was in and out in a very reasonable time frame and they were able to get me to and from work. Grip will be my go to for future auto service. Thank you.

13:07 23 Apr 26

They inspected my brake pads as they were squeaking and I had figured they were done. Turns out, they were fine, the last shop had installed cheap after market pads that are apparently known for this issue. They could have replaced them and charged me (approx $1000), but they were honest - and suggested I take the vehicle back to the last shop for the pad warranty. Moving forward, we won't be taking our vehicles anywhere else but Grip, as we know we can trust them to do the right thing. Thanks again gents!

I have taken my Nissan Rogue to Grip Auto in Murrayville twice now, and both times have been a great experience. They are always thorough when they call and explain what work needs to be done, and never pushy or try to rush me into fixing things that are not urgent. I love that they send the inspection report with everything written in detail and I feel they charge fairly for the work that is being done. I would recommend them to anyone!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Grip Tire in Langley. The team here is outstanding very kind, honest, tidy, and reliable from start to finish. They replaced all four of my tires quickly and efficiently, and the attention to detail really showed. It’s rare to find a shop that makes you feel confident you’re getting the right advice without any pressure or upselling. What really impressed me was how professional and organized everything was, the shop is clean, the staff communicates clearly, and the service was done exactly as promised. I’ll absolutely be trusting them with any future work on my vehicles. Great people, great service, and a team you can count on! Thank you Mike, Tyler & the Team!
