I had the best first experience with Grip Tire this week. I discovered them via referral of a relative and then were nothing but kind and thorough. I have taken my Nissan Rogue to Grip Auto in Murrayville twice now, and both times have been a great experience. They are always thorough when they call and explain what work needs to be done, and never pushy or try to rush me into fixing things that are not urgent. I love that they send the inspection report with everything written in detail and I feel they charge fairly for the work that is being done. I would recommend them to anyone!

My son uses this place and he suggested I try as it was getting far too expensive to keep going back to Hyundai. These guys did a wonderful job of checking everything and changing the oil and such. I’ve had this vehicle for 8 years now and I hardly drive it. I have very low mileage and it just makes sense to use GRIP for maintenance now, as all the warranty has long passed. They did a great job.

Grip Tire & Auto has excellent service! I was late with getting an oil change done and was concerned about being able to get it taken care of promptly. They were able to fit me in with an appointment in a few days, and even gave me a courtesy car so I could get to work. It was the second time I had brought my car in, and after recently moving to Langley I am so glad to find an auto repair place that I feel I can confidently trust.

Just brought my Rivian R1T after Kal Tire has declined to work on Rivian vehicles and I was treated exceptional the two gentleman at the front desk were very knowledgeable, friendly and knew their stuff! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because unfortunately when I got my truck back there was hand marks with grease everywhere which was not fun to remove! I will still take my vehicles back and just ensure that precautions are taken to ensure the vehicle is kept clean.

I bought a car that had 4 new tires on it. Driving down the highway, I swerved but still got a piece of an 8" bolder, which killed my right front tire.I take it into Mike at Grip Tire, not knowing what to do in this situation, knowing that on my all wheel drive, all 4 tires MUST match.Mike says to leave the tire with him, and he will see what he can do to help.Sherlock (Mike) finds the one place in BC that sells these tires, and they search the country for one matching tire for my car. They locate one in Quebec and arrange to have it shipped to their shop.Turns out that they have also discovered it has a road hazard warranty that pays the whole shot less the re and re..I now need to go out buy a lottery ticket and spread the word of how cool & caring the crew at Grip Tire are and why we all need to support a very cool caring company like this.1) they are local & Canadian2) Name another tire company that would go to these lengths to help out a client even though I did not buy this set of tires from them (they came with the car)I can guarantee that NONE of the Big Box stores would NOT go out of their way to help out a community member like this !!!Thank you, Mike !!! On September 6th my family and I ran into mechanical issues while traveling to Vancouver Island. We were on the side of the road nearby Grip Auto & tires and I walked in to see if they could get me some parts quickly. Tyler and the crew were awesome and ordered in the parts we needed in, and in 30 mins we had them. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service it was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend using their services!!

I was in Langley for our granddaughter’s 6 th birthday and having driven quite a long way I was concerned about the front brakes. I happened to see Grip Tire and Auto in Murrayville and decided to drop in for some advice.
Mike Lowry was exceedingly helpful and within a few minutes a technician took our truck for a drive. When he returned the technician checked the temperature of all 4 rotors, confirmed that they had even temperature and could find nothing of concern, the technician did suggest new pads would be a good idea before too long,
As we had an early morning ferry to catch
and having confirmed nothing caused concern we thanked the staff at Grip expressing our thanks to find a company who would help a “drop in “ knowing that if the vehicle was safe Grip would not gain any work from the brake testing,

GRiP Tire & Auto Murrayville should be proud to have Jordan as the face of their business! He’s extremely professional, savvy, and very pleasant to deal with.
In addition to getting some regular maintenance done we asked for a quote to have the air conditioning fixed in our Yukon. Well, weren’t we pleasantly surprised when we were told it was only a minor issue and would not cost too much to fix! In the past we had been told by another business that the air conditioning would have to been completely replaced, which would have cost significantly more!
We were very impressed with the thorough, courtesy car wash too! Nice little treat!
