I bought a car that had 4 new tires on it. Driving down the highway, I swerved but still got a piece of an 8" bolder, which killed my right front tire.I take it into Mike at Grip Tire, not knowing what to do in this situation, knowing that on my all wheel drive, all 4 tires MUST match.Mike says to leave the tire with him, and he will see what he can do to help.Sherlock (Mike) finds the one place in BC that sells these tires, and they search the country for one matching tire for my car. They locate one in Quebec and arrange to have it shipped to their shop.Turns out that they have also discovered it has a road hazard warranty that pays the whole shot less the re and re..I now need to go out buy a lottery ticket and spread the word of how cool & caring the crew at Grip Tire are and why we all need to support a very cool caring company like this.1) they are local & Canadian2) Name another tire company that would go to these lengths to help out a client even though I did not buy this set of tires from them (they came with the car)I can guarantee that NONE of the Big Box stores would NOT go out of their way to help out a community member like this !!!Thank you, Mike !!! "You Rock !!!

On top of very competitive prices the crew at Grip Tire went above and beyond taking time to answer all my questions as well as explaining the difference between all season and winter tires. After going over all options and making sure I was clear on the product I had selected thier quote was exactly what I paid after the tires were installed. Great job and even better service! On September 6th my family and I ran into mechanical issues while traveling to Vancouver Island. We were on the side of the road nearby Grip Auto & tires and I walked in to see if they could get me some parts quickly. Fantastic experience bringing my car here. Booked an appointment for my Miata to have the wheels balanced. I let them know the car is lowered significantly. It was no problem, they had 2x4s and ramps to get it onto their lift without scraping. Weights had fallen off all 4 wheels so they put new ones on and got them dialled in. Also, Mike at the front desk is wonderful to deal with; very friendly, knowledgeable, took his time with me, got the answers I requested from the tech who worked on my car regarding more specific info about ball-joint wear that they indicated in their complimentary inspection report. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely coming back when I need tires in the near future.

Google wouldn't allow me to add a second review so I deleted my first and I am adding it here.First:11 months agoI took my Jeep Cherokee to GRiP Tire & Auto Murrayville for electrical repairs this morning. They solved my problem and then some. Indeed, I thought it would cost me more, but it cost me considerably less. They got the job done and I will return to Grip the next time I need work done, and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. They do great work and I am a very satisfied customer.Edit: This is a second review. I had a car alarm problem and GRIP fixed it extremely quickly and for no charge. I have rapidly developed the opinion that GRIP in Murrayville is an honest business that treats it's customers extremely well.New review: une 3 24I had an investigatory inspection done and Grip found the proplem. Although it was not what I was hoping for their findings were obvious and they again treated me exceptionally well, including a ride to and from hiome while the insprection was done. The chief mechanic and Mike at the front desk do excellent work, and I would recommend GRIP to anyone who isn't a jerk. Jerks don't deserve GRIP.

These guys are above and beyond. I had a nail in my tire. They were worried that as soon as they would pull it, it would let out air and the location didn’t allow for repair. So they ordered a tire so when we pull the nail, we had something to replace the tire with and I would it lose the use of my car for 1-2 days. They pulled the nail and there was no air leak. They said how lucky I was and just let me go! In addition, they are keeping the ordered tire for 1 week in case my tire deflates. Amazing customer service, friendly and so helpful. It is our second time using them and we will keep going back. Every time.

Just got my vehicle serviced, I was fed up with the dealerships service department. So I gave these guys a shot as I had previously bought my tires from them they are absolutely amazing at the job knowledgable staff. The mechanics do an excellent job as they took there time and checked ✔️ everything as the manufacturer tells you on the chart. They even provide you with a Picture with an update on your vehicle while getting serviced. Telling you They are way better than dealerships.
